Program Rules

• PBT's
  • Each Participant must pay a $30.00 State Fee within the first 30 days of starting the program.
  • Each Participant must pay $1.00 per test.
  • You must not consume ANY alcohol
  • You must not use any mouthwash, toothpaste, or cough syrup 15 minutes prior to testing
  • You must not use any tobacco products 15 minutes prior to testing
  • You are not allowed to enter any bar or establishment that sells alcohol
  • You must come between 7:00 am and 9:00 am for AM testing and 7:00 pm and 9:00 pm for PM testing
• UA's
  • You must pay $10.00 per test
  • You must not use any marijuana or any illegal drugs
  • You must not take and prescribed medication unless you have a valid perscription from a doctor.
  • You must come during the designated testing times
    • Male UA's are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday
    • Female UA's are 7:00 am to 9:00 am and 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm Monday through Friday
