How old do I have to be to visit someone that is in jail?
You must be 18 years of age and have identification.
What if I'm not 18 years of age? How can I visit someone?
If you are under 18 years old, you must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
How many people can visit someone that is in Jail at one time?
An inmate may have (2) visitors at one time. If more than (2) come in, then they must wait until the other have finished their visit.
Can I bring in cigarettes, soda, candy etc. to an inmate?
No, but you may bring personal hygiene items for the inmate. It would be best to call the Winner City Jail first, before you bring anything to give an inmate.
